Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns. If you are not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to return the item.

Changed your mind. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned. The buyer pays the return shipping. We refund the item price within 5 business days of receiving the return.

How to request a return. Email support@openxmass.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Not returnable: items damaged by misuse, and gift cards.
