Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and New Zealand. Our curtain lights don't ship to France yet; the StarGlow™ projector does. If your country isn't listed, we can't deliver there yet, and checkout orders to other countries are refunded in full.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and handed to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of payment.

Delivery time (after shipping). - United Kingdom: 4–10 days - United States, Canada, France: 6–15 days - Australia, New Zealand: 5–14 days

During peak holiday season (mid-November to December) carriers may add a few days. The countdown at the top of our site shows the last day to order for Christmas delivery in your country.

Shipping cost. Free tracked shipping to every country we ship to.

Tracking. When your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships. Contact us quickly at support@openxmass.com.

Lost or late packages. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your package has not arrived 25 business days after shipping, contact us. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Taxes and duties. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout. For the United Kingdom, France, Australia and New Zealand, import VAT/GST is collected at purchase, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For the United States and Canada, prices include any import duties for orders of this size.
