Terms of Service
- The store. openxmass.com is operated by Elite Algos Labs Ltd. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
- Products and prices. We describe products and prices as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly from the photos. Prices are in US dollars.
- Orders. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may cancel an order and fully refund it if an item becomes unavailable or the order looks fraudulent.
- Payment. Payments are processed securely by Whop.
- Shipping, returns and refunds follow the Shipping Policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy above.
- Use of products. Use the products as described. Decorative lights and projectors are for indoor use unless stated otherwise. Keep them away from water and young children.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in effect when you placed your order.
